"According to Dr. Ken Peterson of USDA, "Because the meat leaving Verns did not contain these high risk material, the recalled beef represents an essentially zero risk to consumers."
I have no proof one way or another. It 'may' or 'may 'not. If removing the high risk material does make it safe, then the meat was not tainted! It 'may' have been or it 'may' not! In the last week, I have eaten beef, pork, fish, and chicken. They 'may' have been contaminated! Should I just lay down on the couch and cross my arms over my chest and wait because I 'may' have been infected with something! Hell, why did I bother to get out of bed. I 'may' die today. After all if 'may' is proof, I'm a gonner anyway!
