Been raining here for about five hours now. Rain gauge says we all most have a half of an inch. The best part is I have been building 4 miles of new fence up on our summer range I am getting pretty sore and cut up. It has been nice to sit back and have some r and r. This is the first real rain storm we have had since the first of july. Hope it stays for a while.

We got 3/10ths Monday afternoon.......It is already gone and can't tell it ever rained.

We got a much needed shower today.....about an inch. Hopin it doesn't go away too quick...and hopin to get a lil more soon.

Our wet spring has turned into a normal month in August..hot and dry..but that's a good thing...thought we were gonna get rain this afternoon with major clouds all dark and puffy,,but it went southeast of us..so we didnt get a drop! Guys were glad cause they were baleing up one of the last meadows...
