I found the main band not far from Simpson Spring, It was mid afternoon and quite hot. They were just hanging out and not wasting any energy, until someone got on the wrong side of the line.
Fifteen miles further west I ran on to about thirty head in a place I thought they had moved out off, for lack of water. With a little patience, I was able to get a couple of action shots.
