If I don't find some calves I am going to go crazy. I have even been roping my dairy goats, which they don't like much, they lay down. My horse thinks I've lost my mind.

Pete and I have drove around looking at cattle.

There are alot of different cattle out there now.

One group we looked at the cows were the size of my Livestock Guardian dog.

This prompted my Pete to ask when they were calved?

The guy said they were full grown.

Then we left, because of hanging weight issues and the size of our pocketbook.

We saw some other cows with calves. They were so furry, with wicked sharp horns, this got Pete to ask if they were yaks?

And Actually they were.

He told us you could milk them but when he reached under that cow, she got her hind leg wound up so far she about took the guys hat off with a quick flick. And you could tell that she felt that she would rather be in Tibet.

So I called our friend Pat who works as a slaughter man. He has put us on to the cattle I remember when I was a kid.

But, I'll say, there are alot of different types of cattle out there now.

Maybe they are great, I don't know
