Tom S, is 3 degrees here.  Just having a another cup before heading out the door.  A bit late this morning, but thought I would give pick-up a chance to warm up good.  The Tongue River Dam is 10 percent lower than last year, not much snow in the mountains either.  Going to hurt the irrigations people too if something doesn't change too.  Have a good day.
