Read a little, but seemed it was outside pro money not school money correct?
Seemed to me the spin was all about making it play for pay. The idea that it will end back door deals is laughable, along with the idea it will end any need for enforcement personnel. If they want pay for play, they should talk to the NFL. End the 2yr waiting period, let a bunch of 18 year olds get crippled and all should be good. Or they can leave on their own free will and go else where in the world after high school, or they can leave college after 2 years. The sob story of kids not eating is bs. They have Pell grants for kids with no money. Add that to free room and board, plus a $100,000 education loan free.
If they go pay for play, then schools should no longer pay for their education. Lets see who as a whole is better off 10 years down the line.
