SH...NCBA had initiated an 11 point directive for the opening of the Canadian border but they were not opposed to opening the Canadian border.

So let me see, NCBA issues an 11 point directive on conditions to be met before the border is opened, but it is ok if the border is opened without meeting any of the conditions!!....
I don't know what you call that where you live Scott, but that is a clasic case of flip-floping here where I live.

I never said NCBA's position was to open the border WITHOUT MEETING ANY OF THOSE CONDITIONS did I Tommy????

NCBA wants 11 conditions met before the border is opened 2 of which I do not agree with personally.

I never said NCBA supported opening the border UNCONDITIONALLY but they do support opening the border unlike R-CULT who opposes opening the Canadian border.

There is no flip flop!

Supporting the opening of the Canadian border UPON MEETING CERTAIN CONDITIONS is not opposing the opening of the Canadian border.
