We are looking for an investor to help with the purchase of one of the largest livestock operations in Utah. This is a turn key set up with winter and summer ground as well as all the bells and whistles. We are looking for a partner to front the money and in return will get a nice interest rate in return. We are also offering some big game hunts to any one who can help make this deal happen. Let me know if you know anyone or if anyone is interested this is a very profitible ranch the only reason we are looking for investors is due to the economy. Look forward to hearing from you.

Anyone here got a few million in loose change laying around? I am a pretty fair manager and have always wanted to move to that part of the world.

The scams and ponzi schemes are running absolutely rampant now- trying to get folks to invest money they've pulled out of stocks or bonds...I had a phone call a few weeks ago that offered/promised me 40-50-60% profit on my money within the first year...Minimum investment was $25,000... That one was in abandoned oil and gas wells...

Heck- if someone wants to invest- I'll get you in on one of the largest livestock operations in Montana... They're always looking for investors/money....
 
I can assure you this is totally legitamate. We have been running the outfitting business on the ranch for 15 years and the rancher is now 90 and wants out. We are just trying to make it work some how. I agree the BS is getting pretty crazy right now and its tough to tell the real deal from the phonies but this is real If interested shoot me a message and we will talk.

Are there some serious mineral royalties with it???

Maybe we could all go in on this together since we're pretty used to eachother's management techniques, and agree most of the time? Leanin' H could be our well-paid manager :D I'll chip in $5 to get us started.

if you are in the business as you say then why would you be asking for money here of all places? call me crazy, but if people have extra cash, wouldn't they invest it in their own operations? and is it because of the economy or the 90 yr owner? and if its such a profitable place....watcha been doin' with your money for the last 15 yrs? :???:

Well far be it from someone with some money or someone wanting to invest in livestock to look on this site. You boys sound like where on a peta site or something. H I spend a lot of time on the west desert this time of year and may run into you what part or which outfit are you working for? Sorry I wasted some of you's time. You don't have to read it if you don't want your the ones that clicked on it and then commented. Most of the big outfits are owned by rich people and ran by poor cowboys so I thought maybe some of those rich folks maybe on here.

Please don't be offended... we're just not used to the phrases "very profitable ranch" or "rich folks" on this site :lol:. Hang around and you'll see we're actually a good bunch to know :D. Good luck finding a business partner, who knows, maybe someone on this site is flush enough to help you out.
 
I know a very profitable rancher (very diverse operation, kinda like you have, Utah Cattleman) and his motto is 'You can never quit turning over rocks."
The way I see it, Utah is just turning over rocks. You never know where you might find the 'right person.'

I never fault anyone for trying. In my book,The only ones that fail, are the ones who don't try.

And, Utah Cattleman, you will/may get alot of comments on what you post on this site. That's just the way we are, and what makes this site so good. :P :)
 
UC, welcome to ranchers! :D You'll find a lot of nice knowledgeable folks on this site, though some of them might forget this is April 1. :wink: :wink: :wink:

If you're gonna put something like this out there? be prepared to hear all kinds of things, some you may like..some you may not, post some pictures, poor cowboys like to window shop as well as rich people

I woonder if this is like an email I got yesterday from a good friend.

It stated that he was stranded in London and needed $2800 from me to pay his hotel bill and get back home.


I thought that was EXTREMELY odd....as I looked across the kitchen and there he sat!!! :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:
