Had our first purebred Galloway yesterday morning....bouncing baby girl, 75lbs, 5am, 30F. A little chilly, but she was up and goin'. Fuzzy li'l spud of a thing. I'll post some pics hopefully tonight.
Good for you Pure,if we get up there soon we may stop in and see your babies.Our daughter just started at Gregs Contracting today so we may be down that way more often!Good luck on the rest of your calving,ours is going along real smooth.We had thunderstorm and hail Easter afternoon,weird your only 40 miles and our weather can be sooo different!
We had a little sleet, but nothing I'd call hail. It was more like slushy little snow pellets, mixed in with rain and snow. No thunder though, but it was a weird lookin' little storm when it come rollin' in.
