Sounds interesting. Wonder what the cost of set up is?
Most of us take pride in our brand. Wonder if we will take the same pride in our individual ID number or symbol or whatever it is going to be?

LoL with all these new taggin systems they are startin, we are gonna hafta start breedin cows that have 4 ears just to hold em all......
Thanks for discussing ZigBeef cattle ID tags. There are indeed a multitude of cattle EID solutions. We believe ZigBeef tags offer some critical advantages...
For the large beef producer, feed lot owner, and auction market operator, our tags can read ID information from cattle running full steam in groups down an alleyway. Existing ISO 11784/85 solutions require ear tags be "illuminated" by RF energy while cattle pass single-file by chute or hand-held wand-based readers.
For the small producer, the tag readers of our system are many times more affordable. Our tags do not require expensive "inductive" powering.
