Dave got into Kamloops for his MRI and they stuck him in the hospital while they had him close to civilization. Looks like if they can get an opening in the operating room he might get his surgery by Monday. Here's hoping.

He has a benign tumor on his Pituitary gland that is affecting his vision. Doctors figure they can take it off and he could be out in a couple of days.

We all knew that Dave's sweet wife had vision troubles! Why else would she of married that outlaw??? Who knew Gcreek was having issues too.

In all seriousness, I wish ya well pal! 2 of my Aunts have went through that and it is a lot tougher to get over than you'd imagine. Took both quite a while to get over double vision and such. Here's hoping yours goes really smoothly and you recover to your old self soon. Emphasis on OLD! :wink:

Talked to Dave this morning, He sounded great and the operation was a success.

He should still be able to play Checkers with the grandkids. :wink:

Just had a quick visit with Dave, He's out of the hospital and is on the mend. Heading for Williams Lake tomorrow so will be one step close to home.
