The House did not reject Murtha's proposal. The Republican leadership in the House never let Murtha's proposal come to a vote. They wrote their own proposal, specifically so it would be rejected. NewsMax has lied to you again. Other newsmedia are reporting the truth. Your face should be red. Again.
