Heads up for 10th go broadcast

My cable provider (charter) has a womens soccer game scheduled with the teams TBA during the time that was advertised for the airing of the 10th go. During the 9th go it was stated that the 10th go would be broadcast @ 9pm est which is when the soccer game is. the reason I am giving you all the heads up is in case you are trying to TIVO it or watch it live on TV. They also have a time scheduled on Sunday @ 2pm cst to air the 10th go. I don't know if the soccer game is going to air or not but just in case you might want be ready.

I am sorry if I caused any confusion but I should have dug a little deeper before I posted this. They change networks from ESPN2 to ESPN tonight for the final go. My fault.

I wondered if that's what they were doin. They've done that in the past, sometimes half way thru.

I just wish it wasn't so late comin on. I got 10 days worth of sleep to catch up on cuz I been stayin up to watch it LOL

The judges sure want Cody demoss to win-he'll have to flat buck off for Rod Hay to catch him i think. those two better win this year because Taos muncy and Heath Demoss are going to be tough to beat in the future.

I e mailed ESPN to complain about moving last nights airing later so they could run some sports talk show. I also commented about them running it so late when it is a WORLD Class event and not showing every run.

I did the same thing..spose it'll help any???

Well if the bareback is any example of how this performance will be-- this will be a wild rodeo...I don't know how Cimmeron Gerke still has an arm left on after that rear and leap Grated Coconut took coming out of the chute...And Will Lowes horse went every direction except upside down- 91.5 point ride....

Gerke split 4-5-6- marked like an 83.5- but had a hard time just getting past that big old pony....Bobby Mote ended up the world champion...
Jason Miller (Wyoming boy) won the world in the dogging- which was surprising because he came into the Finals in 13th place....Lee Graves split 3-4-5 and should have ended up in the top 5 in the world...

Chad Masters won the heading title and old Walt Woodard finally got a world buckle again for heeling- 20 years after his first...

Cody Demoss bucked off- which gave the worlds championship to the kid, Taos Muncey (who is a wild rider)....Rod got his horse rode good and won the NFR average and broke the record set by his brother in law Glen O'neil for the most points scored in the NFR....Rod was definitely the top bronc rider at the finals this year by a big lead....

Etbauer won the go tonite--great ride....But like someone said- some of these kids- Taos and that young DeMoss are going to really make those oldtimers work....Tough bunch of young bronc riders coming along...

All Trevor Brazile needed to do was rope his calf- stay in the average- and he'd win the world- but he missed a slow running calf- second looped it and tied it in about 15 seconds...Still enough to keep him in the average so he won the world buckle in calf roping-- already had All Around won and had earlier in the year won the Steer Roping world buckle.....

:) Thx OT......grrr we're having a bit of a snow storm and I can't seem to stay online for any length of time.....yesssss to Rod Hay{NOBODY has a better mom fan then he does},congrates to all the rest, first time greg and I haven't been able to see most of the rodeo....maybe next year we'll try seeing it live

Keep that snow up there- we're having a beautiful open winter so far- and the long range forecast thru the end of the month is temps in the 20-30 range and little chance of snow :D :D Them cows out there grazing without having to feed is sure making my smaller than normal haystacks look better every day......Should have enough now to make it thru the winter without buying any.....

Pozzi- Pharr was the World champ tin can chaser-- Weley Silcox had a 91.5 bull ride tonight and won the World Championship....The little guy from Wyoming, Kanin Asay, that I was rooting for ended up 2nd.....

No question in my mind-- Rod Hay flat dominated this years bronc riding- nothing fancy- but just good solid rides every time...Definitely a great bronc rider....I always thought the greatest bronc rider that ever lived was Winston Bruce-- how he could ride with a long rein and lift that rein up even with his face

Winston Bruce....you have gregs vote he loves Winston, hes kinda a hometown boy.A friend of ours traveled to rodeos with Winston.Friends son owns this little bar about 15 miles from us,we make a Friday trip there every now and then on a Friday{steak night} and listen to the old cowboy stories...you'd love it OT

Come on up, our treat to good Alta. steak :D

Uhhh, don't travel in this snow though

Caught the evening telecast on ESPN tonight. The roughstock animals were as good as you could find, IMO. I was glad to see my old buddy Darrell Barron is still the roughstock chute boss and is still wearing those red topped Paul Bond's with his pant legs tucked in 'em.

I did think the timed event stock was about as poor a bunch as you could find. Sour calves and steers, both. I realize the luck of the draw factor, but you would think a rodeo of that size and prestige could bring in fresh cattle every perf. Our dinky little county rodeo has better cattle than they did for the 10th perf at Vegas this year! :x
