I'm sure many of you have heard and seen all of the negatives that NJ has to offer, but today was such a gorgeous day, I decided to snap a few photos of the positives. And if the photo gallery stops giving me fits, I'll upload more as I take them. And sorry for the quality, they were taken with a camera phone.

Sod. A few years back before the housing market crashed these fields would have all been planted in sod. Now, there is just a patch here and there.

Corn planted at the beginning of the end of the continental United States. The water in the background is tidal water that flows into the Delaware Bay just a few miles down stream and then out into the Atlantic.
And finally, if any are interested in expanding eastward here is a nice 160+ acre farm that could be yours for the small sum of $750,000. I'll tend to your cows if you buy... :lol:
