How many remember the story of NR taking a moneyed fella to a Montana horse sale and bringing back a bunch of well bred horses….
I helped a friend purchase those horses a couple years later and they went to northern Alberta.
Yesterday we bought a daughter of the old stud at

the CFR Horse Sale in Red Deer. Happy I was able to place the horses to a place that used and trained and made money from the original purchase.

My son Lane hauled those horses from Redstone Montana across the border up to Bethune Saskatchewan. It was a show place with indoor and outdoor areas They were going to us draft horses that came on the same load. They had horses trainers on staff and doing everything right.
I was there a couple years later with a friend that grew up on the place as a kid. The outdoor area was grown up to weeds and they were putting big doors in the area to store machinery.
