I'm still waiting for USDA to explain the "sound science" or "best science available" or "whatever BS" thats behind sending only under 20 month beef to Japan while allowing in under 30 month beef from Canada--remember they said all their decisions would be science based and not political... Some attorney will have a hayday with that in the trial.....At least USDA is remaining consistently inconsistent!!! :?
