I found this old Rifle Cartridge casing in Moab Utah while on my vacation out in the desert. I don't know much about guns or ammunition. But can anyone tell me how old it is or anything about it? 
It is 1 1/2 inches long the butte is 1/4 in diameter and the numbers 3 and 94 are stamped onto the bottom of the cartridge casing. If you give me an email address I can send a picture because I don't know how to post a picture.
