Used to be an "Oliver Saddle Shop in San Jose Ca. for years.
The Old man died and left it to his son who ran it for years with his son - They moved to San Martin, Ca around the corner - then moved to Hollister and the last I heard of them they moved down south.
The always did good work and are easy to Spot easy to work with

Ive been in there and done business several times. If Richard himself has done the work you will get first class working cowboy gear. Not bad on prices either, you get what you pay for like anything else.
