On my own again

Well, John was home for 11 days, but as of this morning, it's back to Alberta for him again. Last time he was gone for 25 days, this time may be longer. And I was just getting used to having him around!!!!!!! :x
 
Oh Shelly, I had to giggle.......... With wrestling and the weather I have been staying into town alot with Carter and the other night we were going to go into town to stay so Carter could get on the bus real early and about 7:30 or 8:00ish my hubby says to me. " Don't you think you should be going into town?"................ He wanted the remote control for the tv.. :D :D :roll: :shock: :D :D :D
 
This experience of him working away from home has taught me one thing, I wasn't built to be alone! I honest to God hate it!!!!!

At least this time, I have wheels, though. Last time he was gone, I had two flat tires on my car, a broken battery cable, and no brake lights. All have been fixed so if I want to go somewhere now, I can.

Shelly do you do crafts or sewing?? I know that kept me busy between boys. When Carter went to school and Roscoe trucking, I had a few years to do some sewing, and it really passed the time... Let me know what ya like to do and maybe the girls here can get a quilting club going or scrapbooking....... anything.... I know we can help........ :D

I like Katrinas idea, but if you are like me--I can't hold something without dropping it. And the joke about walking and chewing gum at the same time--well, that's me in a nutshell. :lol:

so being the evil Katrina we all know and love, she headed into town with Carter AND the remote control......poor ole Roscoe sat there watching one channel all night long.....

Do you like writing? Maybe now is the time to write that story you've had rolling around in your brain all these years. It seems here as soon as I get started writing, someone wants to be fed.

Want direction to my place....I'd love to have you visit :) Remember we're supposed to drink mint julips on the deck.....nope wait,I'll rent a hot tub,too cold for the deck.

Well, I'd love to come for a visit, but I live in a mobile home in Sask. in winter. If anything's going to happen to this place, if I was visiting you, that'd be the time! But I do think a trip to the bookstore is in order, I have plenty of money left on the gift card John gave me at Christmas, I think now would be a good time to use it up.

sad part is, Greg's digger would probably give me a bigger thrill than the nekkid women!!! I am an equipment junkie! but I would still sneak a peak at ya!
