This should maybe be in Sports but I don't care. My 8yr old son and his team just won the league finals in hockey. It has been an awesome year. For some of you south of the border, hockey is where a bunch of neanderthals chase a frozen biscuit around on a frozen slough. :???:

We went into playoffs having never beat two of the teams and were in third place. We never lost a game when playoffs started, winning every series in 2 games. We beat both teams that had our number all season. It was unbelievable to watch these kids grow as players and become an unstoppable team. What a year.

AWESOME!!! Littlest H and i were watching hockey on NBC sunday. Caps and Rangers. During intermission i was channel surfing and Littlest H looks at me and said, "Hey dad, put it back on hockey! Golf and basketball are boring!" We live on a desert and rarely have enough water to freeze, but as a hockey fan i was proud of my boy. Proud of yours too!!!!!!
