My sister MaryHawke sent me this email this morning. She is referring to her daughter and son in law who live 'down under.

Becky just called. Troy was riding his bike down a hill doing about 60 k early in the morning and kangaroo jumped out of the ditch and hit him. His helmet is smashed, he lost his glasses and he is awfully bruised up and shaken up but evidently will be OK.
