Feeders Remain Strong – Fed Cattle Lose A Step
Despite continuing healthy packer margins, and relatively tight supply, fed cattle lost $1-$2 last week, dropping to $99-$100 in Colorado, Nebraska and the Southern Plains.

MRJ...didn't you say that the more money packers make then they will pay more? Just wondering why your sound science isn't working.
 
According to Hedger's Edge, packer margins are at $65 per head.

That would equate to almost $3 MILLION per day profit for Tyson.

Someone here once said the more money the packers make, the more they can afford to pay?
