well, the older boy is the starting Qb on the Jr High team. we played our arch rival this past Thursday, and I gotta say, I was proud and impressed. he had a hell of a game!
ran for a 30 yd TD, a 40 yd TD, and passed for two more TD's. had some GREAT throws all night long, no interceptions, and ran an interception back for a TD !!
I am raising quite the stud! he took a few solid hits, and was slow to get up a time or two, but never came out of the game.....this fat old fart was swelling with pride. they lost a see saw battle by 4 points but I told him ignore the score, he played his heart out !
next Thursday in Glasco Kansas for a little 8 man football if anyone wants an evening away!!! I will buy the hot cocoa!~
