The wind is howling today, and I've already been bogged down with a telephone call cattle survey this morning. I have another written survey that is staring me in the face and making me mad. It is a sixteen-page very involved "nosy" survey put out by the USDA. They realize it is a hassle to fill out, because they sent $20 to "compensate" for the intrusion on my privacy. If they only knew it, I would pay them $20 if I didn't have to fill the bloomin' thing out.
Another survey cluttering up the desk is put out by Marketing Horizons, Inc. They wrote me a $10 check to fill it out. I feel like a male prostitute. I just feel violated.
Does a person legally have to fill out these things, or can I just plumb forget them? I hate paperwork, bureaucracies, bureaucrats, and everything that goes with them.
I should go kick the dog, but I guess I won't.
