Congratulations to Sybil on her award. That's really neat!! Super that
good neighbors are recognized in some areas. That would be something to consider adding to our fair here.

AKSARBEN is a popular livestock show in Nebraska, if I recall correctly.
It's been running for a long, long time.

Yes, Aksarben is Nebraska spelled backward. I believe it is an organization of Nebraska business men to promote Omaha and Nebraska. A few years ago they had a racetrack and an arena, where livestock shows were held. I believe this is closed now and that area has become a commercial area. Someone else can explain the organization better then I, but it still exists.
