it was pretty well dark by the time the last truck was unloaded so we left everybody locked up over night and turned out the next morning

This time of year becomes pretty devoid of color. Still fun rounding up though. The kids are quite colorful in their costumes.

Everything looks fine in your neck of the woods, Justin. The heifer calves are bloomy and carrying a lot of condition. Your kids are sure cute, with or without their Halloween costumes. Thanks for the pictures.

shipped the bulk of the steers on Wednesday of his week. i will probably hold onto the the rest of the steers and heifers, at least until the market goes down. :???: :wink:
 
That's quite the crew you had there. Can only imagine there were a few laughs had that day. Thanks for the pictures of the kids and home for a displaced south dakotan to see. We're headed to the stock show hope to see you there.
