[Faster horses]

This is one of our artesian wells. Sure makes it nice for cattle to drink warm water in the winter.

And this is how Mr. FH feeds mineral. He has used troughs for years and is very happy with doing it that way.

Same here. But at least we do have a lot of wells.

It is very fortunate that the ranch has 4 artesian wells. Sure makes the winter easier on man and beast.

Half a mile from me- my cousin has the nicest artesian well...Runs constantly- tank never needs a heater...Years ago some of the kids of the hired man went swimming in the water tank in January!!!!

Wish I could have hit that vein of water.... :?
