Got my new computer going finally, and it made this process much easier. Here are a few pictures from the last few weeks. Still just as brown here today.

Coming two's on hay, preparing to work them.

Here is the heifer that I mentioned a week or two ago. She showed up roan during this last summer. :???:

Replacement heifer calves, just at sunup. I had just fed them their cake.

You have such an interesting mound on your flat ranch. What created that- a different kind of rock underneath? It certainly creates an interesting photo.

lol. The picture is from another local ranch. It is a mud butte. Here are a few more pictures from there. That ranch is anything but flat. Not hardly a place big enough for a decent sized hayfield. And they don't have any hayfields either.

FH, the heifer only has roan flecks on the one hip. We have a few cows with funny birth markings, but none other like this heifer.
