[Faster horses]

First calf heifer that hasn't calved yet.

Nosy critter.

Magnitude calves. Heifers calved really easy, no pulls. Most were bull calves when I was hoping for heifers.

Yearling heifers fed nothing but hay and Vigortone mineral. Same with the cows. No other supplement.

This is a really nice coming 4-year old gelding we bought at the Nehring-Bowman horse sale last September. He came from Darrell Loftness at Minot and is one of the nicest colts to ride I think we have ever had. Darrell does a super job. The colt is Doc's Sug and The Smart Smoke. Darrell raised him and trained him. Hats off to you, Darrell.

Very useful looking cattle, real-world written all over them. I admire that saddle horse pretty well, about 15.1, or tall fence? Very well made and has "the look". Real solid for a coming four.
Nice pictures, always enjoy seeing new country.

Haytrucker the colt isn't 15 hands. He is really nice to get on at calving time. But he is solid made. I love horses with coon tails, having never seen a bad one. This horse has a bit of a coon tail, not visible in the picture. That's why we bought him...crazy reason, huh? But it held true to form again.


Here is another shot of the 4 year old. I really like him. (I haven't ridden him). He seems so business-like and solid for that young.

Great looking angus heifers. Deep and thick. They have some nice looking long tall calves too.
