Had to go down the hill today to pick up baler twine and get my Fathers day present... a new gun :D. Took these pictures on the way.

I kinda like rack of lamb once and a great while but these would be far too expensive. :D

There are sheep not far from here on a draw system, I've never put my name in.
I have once been in on a feed of leg of 10 year old Stone ram. It was about the best meat I've ever eaten.
 
I imagine shooting a bighorn out of season wopuld only cost about half a ranch lol. That is a nice looking rifle. Have any of you guys ever handled a Blaser they look like a nice rifle.

You won't catch me shooting one without a licence, it is a stiff fine. I have a friend that drew a archery sheep tag for this area, should be an easy hunt we could hardly get them to pick their heads up honking the horn.
