These Pictures probably look a lot like the ones I posted the other day but they are from this morning. We had snow yesterday and their calling for more tomorrow.

If the cows would ever figure out that if they'd just stay out of my way they would get fed that much quicker.

The snow looks pretty, but it looks pretty deep, too. :wink: Hope the wind doesn't blow and put it into drifts for you. You live in a beautiful area. Thanks for the pictures.

That beautiful clear blue sky is stunning. In this neck of the woods, we have had almost a month of foggy, damp, cloudy, icy, snowy weather.....very little sunshine. That makes for tough choring, and the cattle also look tough with matted hair and snotty noses and a bit too much of a hack. Thanks for the great pictures....maybe your sunshine is on its way over here. We really need it.

Once again you took some great pictures...very beautiful country and looks like you had a gorgeous day despite having to plow snow...lol I had the same thoughts as Soapweed...sure hope the wind don't come up on those flats..or you'll have some blowing snow for sure...keep em coming!

I sure hope the wind doesn't blow to hard. It's a little breezy now. The outdoor thermometer in our house said 22 below and my wife's pickup said 34 below. I'm not sure what ones right but I do know it's cold outside.

We have a new guy plowing for the county in our area this year and he keeps pushing the snow to both sides of the road. When it does decide to blow we're going to be socked in tight because of him. I try to never plow to the south or west because that's the direction the wind comes from most of the time.

Last year we had more snow and a lot of wind. I was afraid to leave home for fear I wouldn't be able to make it back in. I guess it all builds character.

Opps....just now found this post...and YEP...you do indeed have lots of snow.
It is so beautiful but truly is hard country to live in unless you love it there. I was shocked at the number of people that have moved into that valley -- and doubt they realized summer is VERY short there.

Breathtaking photos. Thanks for sharing. ALMOST makes me homesick I'll visit in the summer again.
