Well Soapweed...after this rain we've gotten..we'll be greenin up like Texas in no time! Sure has been a good rain here, and it's still raining tonite. Beautiful sunset you captured...Thanks,,,always look forward to your pictures..

Very good pics! We had tornado and thunder storm warnings out. It didn't act like anything was going to happen....so I was out driving through the heavies, which we'd moved up to where we could lock them in next to a big windbreak, just in case. Pretty soon it started to sprinkle, then small hail, then downpour, and in a little while I was kickin' myself for having drank that extra cup of coffee. We didn't have a gauge up but was reported that we got 2", and then it rained pretty good off and on through last night as well. Sure made some extra work, but now we won't need any more moisture all summer. :wink:

Oh, but that isn't the case, Cal. Haven't you heard the line, "We are never over two weeks away from a drought"? It does tend to hold true. :-)
