Have been really feeling under the weather for the last few days so yesterday I got my butt dragged to the doctor. After a few tests and x-rays doctor said I was full of pnemonia so he gave me seven pills worth $10.00 a pill ( look like pills for horses) and that it should make me better. I guess Ive got to get some rest and pleanty of fluids and hopefully I can be back on the road to recovery.
 
And be sure to take ALL SEVEN PILLS!!!!!!!!!!!!! (Do I sound like a Mom now? :lol: :lol: :lol: )

Rest, liquids, chicken noodle soup (homemade is best, can send my recipe for that if ya don't have one) and take your meds. Make the kids wait on ya hand and foot!

MR...didn't you have the same last year??Start building your immunity,quit chasing girls all night,and workin on the ranch all day. :wink: Do like Ranchy says...make darn sure you take ALL your meds.Rest,although I doute your going to have a problam resting with them "horse pills Dr. gave you.

Sounds like Mrs. Greg is advocating chasing girls all day and working the ranch all night??? :wink: :lol: :lol: Hope you feel better real soon, take the pills and get some rest... That is what my wife always tells me when I get sick.

I think the Mrs. would be a lil mad at me if I was out chasing the girls all nite... :wink:
 
Get Well Soon! Me too....been under the weather for 3 days running..@ bottles of Vicks 44 Daytime and John Deere pills. Feeling a little better.
The only Girls I chased this week were Shorthorn Hiefers. LOL :)
 
Hope you feel better, MR. You're lucky you got seven, they only gave me six when I had a touch of pneumonia a couple years back. They may be expensive but if I remember correctly, they worked good.
 
Sorry to hear about your problem Manitoba R. It may take you longer to feel back to snuff than you'd like. Try to enjoy the rest while you can.
 
Must of missed out on your preconditioning shots I guess.

You should ask your doctor about the shot that you can get the same time as your flu shot. It is good for 10 years. I have had 2 of them since I had pnuemonia. Never had it again.
 
I feel pretty rough tonite, chills, fever and chest congestion and everytime I cough feels like somebody has a truck parked on my chest. Hope to get better real soon as I have lots to do. A hot shower and Im off to bed.
