Sue fixed Dinner tonight we had a small basket of Jalapeño chili peppers she was going to make some poppers but instead she made a quick pie dough and pressed it into a 6 inch corning wear fry pan, mixed up some grated sharp cheddar cheese and some cream cheese, seeded and deveined the chili peppers and mixed them with the cheese mix and put them in the pie crust then topped with bread crumbs and a little more cheddar and baked this while she breaded some pork chops I picked u on my travels today…. The Popper pie turned into a great side dish.
