PLEASE pray for rain......We had a grassfire in Texline LOL burnt the transformers behind the co-op just got power back on. only burned about 10 acres THANK YOU GOD

Came home after going into Clayton to fill up with gas and saw a HUGH smoke cloud, drove to the south end of Texline and found out there is a big grassfire at Potters feedyard in Ware. Thats between Perico and Dalhart and the wind is blowing this way. Have not heard if they are anywhere near getting it under control.

Had a small fire between 87 and Boise city highway south of Clayton put out pretty quick

All of this was this afternoon.

There are still fires burning south of Amarillo and east of Albuquerque (However its spelled LOL)It is so dry and we are turning to dust.......

Wish I could send you some of ours.

I just rebuilt a bridge last thursday that has been there over 20 years and it washed out again today.

We got 2.75" in about an hour - - - - local records show the wetest spring since 1889 - - - - My kids want to know how much I remember about 1889

8 day forcast calls for rain 6 of the next 8 days!

Prayer heading your way. Our county commissioner lifted our burn ban last week and we haven't had a good rain in months. :???: I guess they want ot be on the news now.

And we still have 17,500 cfs (130,000 gallons a second) rolling across our roads and covering our fields which I wish we could send to you...
Starting on Day 12 of being flooded in...
And with the forecast calling for chances of rain for almost every day this week... :(

With 2.75" yesterday we got an additional 1.9" overnight

Went from 70F yesterday to 40F now and mid 30sF forcast for tonight

Sure am glad Al got this Global Warming under control.

The grass just started to grow and it looks pretty but we would love to be burning $4.00 a Gal diesel putting seed in the ground.

It sure would be nice if we could spread the water around but then I'm sure someone would not like the way I would spread it.
