Predicament... HELP!

I got into a fight with the girl I liked last night... she told her ex all about it blah blah, I didn't even say anythign much to her, she snapped at me and I kept trying to get her to explain to me what I was doing... now he threatened to come up from Regina to beat the living **** out of me, as he puts it... Two problems, I bruised three ribs and cracked one more lately. And he's 6'7 and 380 lbs and Im only 6'0 257 lbs. Im much smaller, never really want to fight, much less now, and every time I try to talk him out of it, it seems to make it worse.


What do I do?
