After all the work is done...this is the perfect ending...

NR; We'd better head south for an AI refresher course from Bullseye; (could use it as an excuse for a runaway lol) 90% conception points to some pretty good heifer management prior to breeding! What kind of program did you run these heifers on Jassy?

Thanks for your comments. Actually we send our heifers to a guy that backgrounds them for us, and he also AI's them...he has them for about 3 months ahead of time, so that they are on a good feed program. We have had excellent results from him. The "accidental cleanup bull" was only with the heifers 2 days...so yes that probably made some difference, but we separated those late bred ones, only 11 of them out of 250...I can't remember how many open ones, very few. The best part of AI'd calving is that they'll all be done in 2 weeks, practically to the day. We've used "Bullseye" for 2 yrs. now, and have had great success. It works great for this operation.
