I checked that out this morning, and then later on had to put a cow down myself..... hate to break it to the kid, but it don't get any easier......

really makes you feel like a failure, because even though the cow was older than dirt, If feel like there was something I could have done to keep her going......
oh well, it is all part of the ballgame I guess

That Logan kid is a leg up on lots of us. I wish I had had the wisdom to pick up on those two facts at his age. One of my sayings along those lines is that everyone makes mistakes; not everyone learns from them. Great post, and I would add my thanks for bringing that to our attention.
