For all of you who think the CWB in Canada is a subsidy on our grain market, heres what barley is worth for this year....

Barley here is going for about $2.50 a bushel--but a lot of the wheat is worthless--costs more to haul it in than it will bring...Fellow showed up at the elevator the other day and after dockage got $.75 a bushel...

Neighbor just augered close to 10,000 bushel of last years wheat out on the ground so he can put flax in the bins.....Lot of last years wheat was low protein--Going to be a lot of cake and pellets made out of wheat this year for the cows.....
