Good question cowman, been wondering also.
Located in east central bennet Co, about 12 miles nothe of nebraska line.
Have about 50-75 pairs that I would consider putting out

There are way more people out there paying more than less for grass. I think that those that have kept there rates reasonable should be applauded. It is a perfect time to charge the hell out of someone and you would have dang sure got it last year and most likely again this year. I found from experience though that sometimes top dollar is still not enough.
