We could build a big prison on an island at a military base, and keep them from contaminating others and from re-entering the war against US....
all the while attempting to show them that we really mean them no harm and as time shows they are not a threat we could release some of them...
and we could have the red cross visit them and even if they don't want to, they could write damageing reports about thier perceptions of how the prison is ran......
then the UN could base a report on the report that was written by a person who never went to the prison and tell US to shut it down.......
