Sarah turns four in about 13 days here she is this weekend with her little best friend

What a beautiful child!

Hey does daddy's heart melt a bit when she looks at him with those big eyes?

When our daughter was that age she would look at me with her big, smokey blue eyes and I'd turn into a big, helpless puppy.

One time I said to her "Oh 'MandaLoo, when you look at me like that, it makes my heart just kinda quiver inside me". Her big brother, 2 years older than her, was standing there listening and immediately chimes in with "Daddy she does that to me too, but i just look away . . ."

Her eyes have changed colors. Shane and Sophia still have very blue eyes like me but Sarah's have been changing. My wife has more hazelish eyes. And my sister has hazel eyes. My wife and I were talking about the dramatic change in color of the last year or so.

I am very lucky to have three beautiful kids and the thing that makes me happier and prouder is that all three of them are prettier on the inside than they are on the outside.

I just had that phone pic sent to me by my wife and thought it'd be neat to post it up and show off how she'd grown.
 
Thought it'd be neat to update this thread. Can't believe how fast time passes. This is Sarah and Sophia in their "school" pictures at their preschool.

Well my friend I envy you those times. Mine are all grown and gone. Beautiful kids and they think you walk on water.

But here is the deal and you can take me up on it any time.

When the girls hit 14 - 16 you give me a call. I have - no kidding - all the T-shirts! I even threw one of the boyfriends out through the back screen door. I always opened it after that.

But - after about three years of hell the girls started coming around again.

I am now well and truly back on their Christmas card list as they are in their twenties - so stick to your guns.

So when you have troubles - I do not wish them on you - but they will come. Give me a shout.

If yours beat what mine did to us - you are well and truly in trouble!!! LOLOL

Shane had Fine Arts festival down in the Metroplex with our church. He had three entries and did very well. He designed and made the t-shirts he and his Mom are wearing. The cross is from a picture he painted.

Very proud of my wife and my son as well!!!!
