Well....Wrangler's a Daddy. My male wiener dog.

This is Charmayne.....a good friends female wiener dog. Friday night she had her pups. They are sooo cute!!!

Is it easy for dauchies to have pups? You have to really watch
them for problems don't you? Seems like I head that...not that
I have any first hand knowledge of it.

Anyway, looks like mom and babies are doing fine.

Nope normally they have their puppies just fine. The only thing you hafta really worry about, which I would think would be with any small breed almost, is that they don't need to have huge litters. 3 or 4 is fine...but anymore than that and the mama's have a hard time feedin that many pups.

Congrats Jersy! How does it feel to be a granny? :lol: Those pups are so cute...I've never seen a weeeenie hound that small....I've always had a liking for them tho. I always thought I'd get one someday, but now with 1 border collie and 2 corgi's I think I better wait a few years. Does she have homes for them yet?

One is goin to a friend of mine...the other two she'll sell. She's already had several calls from folks wantin to come look, but since I get pick of the litter, and he hasn't told me which one he wants yet...she can't promise the others to anyone yet.

Their ears are always fat like that when they are born....I don't know why......then they get thinner after they get up and movin around. Usually bout the time their eyes open their ears get normal. LOL

Thanks Soap!!! Man they have grown... Your dog is a great mom... Are they now weaned??? I can't remember how long it's been... The one stocking legged pup has a really good eye.. And will be a great dog. I can see why you would keep that one... The one with the tip on it's tail is really cute too.. Those are my kind of dogs...... Will be real good dogs for any family or ranch.... Well done Soap!!!!

Soapweed, Scarlett is a good mother. Those pups are so healthy
and beautiful. If I didn't know better I'd say you liked them.

Wish we were closer, we would definitely take one.
They just look like they have the makins' of good dogs.
