Question about the new horse slaughter ban

Hello All, I know this judgment just came out and I really do hope this is not the end of horse slaughter in the U.S.. So heres my question...who should I be calling,emailing,faxing my opines to? Is there anyone who I can let know that many people, horse lovers, owners,etc. Do not believe this new ban in the best interest of the equines of the U.S.? It would be nice if our voices were heard. They may not be killing in the US anymore or for now anyway but the north and south borders are being run over with trailers. Mexico and Canada are still open for business
