You tell a dirty lie when you say he is a packer bought stooge, unless you can show absolute proof that what you say is true.

MRJ

In my opion the entire NCBA has been packer bought....so sneaking around behind closed doors talking to Japanese wouldn't surprise me a bit.....But I would take the word of a Japanese official before an NCBA packer pawn..........

[OT, if your personal code of conduct doesn't allow you to comprehend that good, honorable people do chat and visit off the record before and after serious negotiations without "sneaking around behind closed doors", or that NCBA leaders are NOT controlled by packers, that is your problem. Fortunately, there are very few people who are so determined as you to find evil where none exists. MRJ]

Sand: "Yep, you're right, SH. Too bad that wan't the topic. The topic was "sound science.""

Sand: "Is CAB based on sound science? Yes or No."

Yes, CAB is based on the fact that all qualifying animals must be at least 50% angus and have a black hide. Proving that the animals are 50% angus would require testing based on "sound science" to prove that the animals truly are 50% angus.

Sand: "Is Organic based on sound science? Yes or no."

Yes, organic is based on the fact that no antibiotics or hormones were used to grow that product. Proving that claim would require testing based on "sound science" to determine if the product was truly organic.

Sand: "Is Hormone free based on sound science? Yes or no."

Yes, hormone free is based on the fact that no hormones were used to grow that beef. Again, proving that claim would require testing based on "sound science" to determine if the product was truly "hormone free".

Sand: "Is Kosher based on sound science? Yes or no."

No, Kosher is a religious practice that has nothing to do with science based research.

Oh, to be able to live in your world where your tongue is a magic wand. Just say it is so and it is..........  :D :D :D :D :D

Lets forget your reaching on the first three. If Kosher is not based on sound science and the USDA is allowing it, how can they deny tested beef on the basis that it does meet sound science?

{Sandhusker, didn't you know? Religious reasons, if they are any other than Christianity, trumps all other reasons/arguments/whatever in todays world. MRJ}

Sand: "If Kosher is not based on sound science and the USDA is allowing it, how can they deny tested beef on the basis that it does meet sound science?"

What an absolutely ludicrous argument.

"Sound Science" does not apply to a religious practice so your argument about "sound science" not applying to Kosher kill is as void as most of your arguments.

I'll try one last time......

Kosher = no sound science = USDA approval
Testing = no sound science = USDA denial

Notice any inconsistancy here?

Sand: "Notice any inconsistancy here?"

Yes, I always notice inconsistancy in your arguments.

"sound science" has no application to a religious practice.

Apples to trains comparison.
