I am looking for a ranch job for when I get out of school at the end of May. I am more so looking for a riding job. If I can get a suggestions to jobs it would be a great help. Thanks

It might be a little more help to these folks if you let them know in detail what you can do,and what you want to do.I.E.,are you looking to start colts and apprentice under a trainer,work cattle horseback,or what?I know of one local ranch in Schulenberg,tx,looking for someone to break colts for cutting prospects,and another in Mobile, Alabama,which would really be a helluva job,looking for the same thing.As far as cow jobs,well,lets just say i got an up and coming family to feed myself,tho im 18.But you can have all them little two year old colts you want,after about 100 of em,ive decided,if i can get away with it,im not gonna be stuck w/ em....Anyhow,good luck.

Yup, that's how I found the boards here, I was checking out jobs for the ole Hubby, and yep, I'm hooked here!
When my dad gets his computer this week, I'm gonna do my derndest to get his "hooked" too........Ya'll love him!!!!! His main motto in life is: Don't let the truth get in the way of a good story!!!!!! :lol: He's a good guy, though........:nod:
