Do you eat those geese? I've cooked those things every way I know and they still taste like an old boot.

I've not eaten goose, but I have learned to brine a turkey. It's delicious!!

An old Korean guy told me to gut and hang those geese for about a week before eating. He said that's the way they do ducks and it tenderizes them.
