South west of Jake, when can I expect it? Thanks and also send it cod, not that I don't trust you or anything

rancher- I see NOAA has issued the March long range forecast-- Above normal temperatures- Below normal precipitation for the western half of the state-- Normal for the east....

They are already talking up here about maybe only having enough water for 1 irrigation- No water in the western reservoirs (20% of normal) and no snow in the mountains for runoff.......

The farmer's almanac calls for a normal march thru may and below normal the rest of the summer. I need above normal for the next 4 months. But then what is normal?
