Ranching for Profit

Wow!! That is great to hear.

I havn't been yet, a rancher out in Colorado who is kinda mentoring me has attended and is active with their alumni and strongly suggested that I attend.

However, with this lagging economy my wife and I have decided to hold off as it would depleat our cash reserves. It is a bit of coin after you figure in hotel, meals and an airline ticket along with the tuition, plus the lost income from taking a week off from the business.

Enjoy yourself, and I look forward to hearing an AAR when you get back :D

Enjoy, flyingS. I am an alum from a few moons ago. Stan Parsons was still active before Dave Pratt had fully taken over. I went back in the late nineties. You won't regret the expense unless you are not capable of thinking outside of the box. The progressive people you meet and a different perspective on things will make it worthwhile. We did the formal Executive link board for a few years and then moved to an informal non affiliated board for each others operation. Have a good week, who is teaching?

Have a good time "flyings". I am an alumni from 5 years ago. Best thing I ever did. Money well spent. We came home and changed a bunch of things and we are still working towards being a "low cost producer". It will be an exhausting week because of all the material that you try to absorb. I would like to go back for another round. The people you meet from around the country is a great benefit and if you are able to join an EL afterwards that will be a bonus.
