Take a skillet full of cubed beef or deer meat and brown it real good on high heat. then add two cans of Rotel tomatoes and chilis, and one can of water. simmer covered on low heat for 45 minutes, take lid off and sprinkle in a little flour to thicken serve on hot flour tortillias with cold beer. This is a great camp recipe too as it is good for dinner or breakfast. Oh yeah salt to taste yummmm!!

good recipe. Originally used pork, even chicken works. save $ and buy tomato juice and jallapinoe peppers. Caution, 9don't scald the tomatos. If you wan5t to cook down the meat to soften it, do so before you add the tomato sauce.

Cookin tip that mama taught me, don't ever add any tomotoes to potatos cooking or beans cooking, for some reason they kinda stop the cooking process and your potatoes or beans will stay hard and crunchy no matter how long you cook em. Add them after they are soft.
